Ceremony + Reception Coverage (6-8 hours)

Full coverage from ceremony through reception

Continuous engagement to ensure children are safe, happy, and occupied

 

Full Day Coverage (10-14 hours)

Includes:

Morning preparation support (getting ready, routines, calming transitions)

Full ceremony and reception coverage

Nap and quiet time management

Meals and feeding support (provided by family)

Continuous supervision through parent return time

Emotional support and flexible, responsive care throughout the day

Schedule awareness to support a smooth, stress-free experience for parents

Wedding Weekend Care (Friday- Sunday)

Comprehensive childcare across your full wedding weekend, allowing families to fully enjoy each event while children are consistently cared for in a safe, engaging environment.

Includes:

Coverage across multiple events (welcome party, rehearsal dinner, wedding day, post-wedding brunch)

Flexible scheduling based on your weekend timeline

Consistent care provider for continuity and comfort

Structured activities, quiet time, and routine support

Coordination with parents and/or planner

Support during transitions between venues and lodging

 



Additional Services

Late-Night Post-Reception Coverage (up to 3 hours)

Extended childcare following the reception, allowing parents to continue enjoying the evening while children are safely cared for and settled for the night.

Includes:

Care immediately following the reception

Supervision during after-parties or extended celebrations

Transition to hotel or lodging (if applicable)

Wind-down support (changing, pajamas, quiet activities)

Preparation for bedtime or rest

Continuous supervision until designated end time or parent return

Overnight Care (Premium Extension)

Available for single night bookings. Included with weekend packages.

Designed for couples who want a relaxed, uninterrupted wedding experience while children are safely cared for nearby.

Includes:

Bedtime routine support

Overnight supervision and monitoring

Night wake-ups and comfort care as needed

Morning care until designated pickup time

Continuous presence to ensure children remain safe and settled

Connecticut (CT): $50 flat travel fee

Massachusetts (MA): $100 flat travel fee

Rhode Island (RI): $100 flat travel fee

New York (NY): $150 flat travel fee 

New Jersey (NJ): $150 flat travel fee

New Hampshire (NH): $150 flat travel fee

Vermont (VT): $150 flat travel fee

NYC Metro / Long Island / Upstate NY (extended travel): $200 

Extended distance / destination-style travel (outside listed areas): custom quote

    Booking & Service Policies

    Securing Your Date

    • Booking: A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to lock in your date.

    • Payments: Deposits are credited toward your total; the remaining balance is due in full prior to the start of services.

    • Pricing: Rates are confirmed upon booking. Holiday weekends, travel requirements, and overtime hours are subject to additional fees.

    Event Logistics

    • Final Details: Timeline, locations, and the final child count must be confirmed in advance. Changes may result in adjusted pricing.

    • The Space: Clients must provide a safe, clean area for childcare at the venue or lodging.

    • Childcare Essentials: Parents are responsible for providing all food, bottles, diapers, and comfort items. Meals must be provided for the nanny during shifts that span mealtimes.

    Health & Safety

    • Illness Policy: To ensure a safe environment, we cannot provide care for children with contagious symptoms (fever, vomiting, etc.). If a child becomes ill during an event, a parent must be available to take over care immediately.

    • Safety First: We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or if the child count exceeds the agreed amount.

    • Responsibility: While we provide expert care, the parent or guardian remains ultimately responsible for their child(ren) at all times.

    Cancellations & Changes

    • Refunds: Due to limited availability, cancellations—including those related to illness—are non-refundable.

    • Nanny Emergencies: In the rare event of a nanny emergency or illness, we will notify you as soon as possible. (Backup providers are not guaranteed).
